Hercules

Gone

Emptiness is a funny thing. You hold value in something, and all of a sudden, it's gone. There are no traces left. And the more you look for it, the more emptiness you find.

I thought I was so smart, I had all the answers figured out. I was able to snag a cheap 25 foot ethernet cable at National Wholesale Liquidators. Attach that to the router and we all have a merry Christmas, right?

Wrong. I try that and something's wrong with the IP address. I figured it had something to do with when I tried to go wireless, so I decided to reverse all that by going back to how the computer was last week (I forgot the technical term for it, but that's what I did).

So of course that had to go wrong, and when I restarted my dad's computer, I had to reinstall Windows. Everything was gone (except a few programs for some reason). I guess that's what I get for being an idiot. Or arrogant, or whatever.

Fortunately, it was only my dad's computer, and aside from his resume and Odo's picture, there wasn't much on there to begin with. Except iTunes. My lovely songs and playlists, all wiped out. I still have them on my iPod, but now I have to find out how to resurrect my old iTunes. So annoying. I'll take my anger out on Lieberman.
