A Little Bit About Myself

My name is 90'sCartoonMan (well, my name is Chris, but I was given that name). I made that name on Toon Zone about 2 years ago, and I like it. I wanted to make sure it fit in to the forums I wanted to post in (Marvel, DC, and Disney). I also used that name here. Mostly so the TZ people would know who I am, but also because I really am a man of 90's cartoons. Here are some of my favorite things from 90's cartoons:

1) I saw the premiere of the ORIGINAL Nicktoons. Doug, Rugrats, Ren & Stimpy...those were the first. I remember seeing them, and no snot-nosed kid today has that on me.

2) "It's different now. Please, I need it to be different now. I know I made a promise, but I didn't see this coming. I didn't count on being happy. Please, tell me it's okay"

3) "Perhaps not in body, my children, but my spirit will remain among you, where it was always meant to be."

4) "I guess there's nothing to do but hope and pray that Reed finds a way to break the Negative Barrier that holds her and the other Inhumans prisoner. And keeps her away from me."

5) Spider-Man calling Kingpin a beached whale

6) "So while you're home today, eating your sweet, sweet holiday turkey, I hope you'll all choke...just a little bit."

7) "I'm going to be totally seriously. I swear if you call me 'Piggy' one more time, I will rip your balls off with my bare hands!"

8) Permanent deaths on Spider-Man, Gargoyles, and Superman.

9) The romantic pairings (and occational marriages) between: Aladdin and Jasmine, Scott and Jean, Peter and Mary Jane, Johnny and Crystal, Iron Man and Julia Carpenter, Goliath and Elisa, and Superman and Lois.

10) "We're whalers of the moon, we carry a harpoon, but there are no whales so we tell tall tales and sing a happy tune!"

By the way, points if you know what the heck I'm talking about.

As for my Live Journal, why call it One Track Mind? Well, my other choices were "90'sCartoonWorld", "The Gribble Report", "On My Planet This Is Hilarious", "Are You Calling Me A Liar?", and...maybe there were some others. Anyway, I like to say I have a one track mind, and maybe it's true. Maybe I have hidden depths, we'll see.

In the meantime, I think that Google Blogsearch thing is pretty cool, and I want people to find my journal. The right kind of people. So here are some key phrases that they may be putting into blogsearch - Amy Wong naked. Amy Wong naked. Amy Wong naked. Staaaaan... Daaaaarsh...Stan. Darsh. Teen Titans! Steve Holt! Standarsh!

Okay, had to get that out of my system, thanks for reading. Darshy Daaarsh.
