I know a lot of you guys like to go through your DVDs, can you explain why? For me, I like watching slowly, and I don't go one at a time (like, I wouldn't finish all my Batman before moving on to Gargoyles). It's more of an experience if I spread it out over a few months. Plus it's easier for me to remember details if I don't absorb them all at once.
I typically watch one episode a day. Like, Monday-Friday, I'll watch one during dinner. Weekends are different, as I'll watch an episode after I work out in the morning, one during dinner, and maybe one later. Today I watched both "Secret Origins" and "Rebirth" (the latter being better, I must admit). I'll probably watch the first Teen Titans tomorrow, but since I have so many, my five day schedule will be me watching Gargoyles, Batman, Batman Beyond, Teen Titans, and South Park/Simpsons. In other words, one or two a week. I'll leave Justice League for the weekends since it's an hour long.
That works for me. I must also add the fact that I'm watching season four of Star Trek Deep Space Nine. I watch an episode a day with that since I'm renting them from Netflix and time is money, so it doesn't pay to hold on to them. I also watch actual current shows like Gilmore Girls and Smallville. Plus I actually do things outside of watching TV with my free time.
So there you have it, my reasons for being a DVD slowpoke.
